During the summer months, Larnaca is very warm with average temperatures being around 25°C or 77°F. Summers are also the driest time of the year. The winters are not very cold but are around 12°C or 54°F. The winter is also a recommended time to visit, as the Salt Lake becomes the home of flamingos. The birds come in November and stay to the end of March. The region does not get much rain, so it’s not much a worry.
