These Terms of Use govern the use of Glooby search of flights and hotels. By using Glooby you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our site.

1. Our Service

Glooby is a free service where you can search and compare products and services from Glooby retailers

Once you have searched with Glooby, you can choose to be conveyed to the retailer of the product or service you have chosen, where a booking can be made. All bookings you make are handled by a retailer and the booking is based on the retailer’s own terms of use and privacy policies and we highly recommend that you read these on the retailer's web site before booking. Glooby is not responsible in any manner for any of your orders and if anything should go wrong. This is because Glooby only acts as an intermediary to make it easier for you to make a booking.

2. Use of Copyright Materials/Trademarks

Glooby website and all texts, images, software, trademarks or other materials available on our website are owned and held by Glooby AB and our partners and retailers. You may not copy, distribute or otherwise make available without Glooby AB written consent. Your use and access to Glooby gives you no right to use in any manner any of the brands included on the website.

3. Responsibility etc.

Glooby is working to present current and updated information on the website on the retailer's products and services. When using Glooby services, you do it at your own risk. Our website, all content and services are provided as is. Glooby can not guarantee that the information about the retailer's products and services published on the website is accurate and updated. Glooby is not responsible for any loss, costs or damages that may result from your use of the search service or you executed orders or purchases on the retailer's products or services. Glooby disclaims all restrictions and warranty of any kind.

As far as the law is applicable Glooby gives no warranty and expressly disclaims the obligation to: (i) our website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, available, on time and in a secure and error-free manner; and (ii) the content will be updated, complete, comprehensive, accurate or applicable to your circumstances.

When searching with Glooby we provide links to third party products or services. 6. Accounts, Passwords and Security

To access certain parts of the website user registration and login is required before access is granted. You will be responsible for all use of our website, by you and anyone using your user account (with or without your permission). Glooby reserves the right at any time to change the content, suspend access to the website, temporarily or permanently, or close it indefinitely. Through the use of Glooby you agree that Glooby is not responsible for any modifications, suspensions or termination of the service.

8. Termination

You agree that Glooby may terminate your user account and the access to your account at any time, without notice. This can be done because of, but should not be limited to: (a) violation or breach of these Terms or any of Gloobys other agreements or guidelines, (b) the request of courts or other public agencies, (c) a request by you (account closure by you), (d) the termination or modification of materials for the service (or another party), (e) unexpected, technologically, security, or other problems, (f) extended periods of inactivity, (g) you have been involved in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or, (h) unpaid charges you owe a third party in connection with the use of the service. Termination of user account means that (a) access to your account and all the services it includes stops and, (b) the password and all information associated with your account is deleted. You further agree that Glooby is not liable to you or any third-party for termination of your account.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Glooby harmless from and against all claims, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind, including but not limited to, legal and accounting fees, brought by (i) you or on your behalf in addition to the responsibilities described above; or (ii) by a third-party resulting from your use of the Service, (iii) a third party resulting from your use of the Service or use of the Service by any person using your account and/or password, or (iv) by third parties as a result of your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or rights of third parties.

10. Prohibited and Unlawful Use

As a condition of your use of this service, you guarantee that you will not use this service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Violations of our Terms and Conditions may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your Glooby account and all information associated with it.
